All of our clients are assigned a dedicated customer success manage, each having experience on boarding and facilitating large and complex organizations. The customer success manager is responsible for the overall account relationship and partners with clients to understand and advise on the implementation and ongoing health of the mentoring program.
MentorCloud Quickstart is designed to rapidly launch a high impact mentoring program, with meaningful results and measurable outcomes. This program will be collaboratively executed by the MentorCloud team with support from the project champion within your organization. Our quick star training gives our clients an unparalleled advantage. MentorCloud, in partnership with your organization, will help identify high potential employees as Mentees as well as 0 senior leaders and subject-matter experts as Mentors. We will conduct experiential workshop(s) for mentors and mentees on how to have ‘Impactful Conversations’ that builds on an inspiring keynote. Facilitators for the workshops and keynote include domain experts from a variety of backgrounds.
