Ravi Gundlapalli is the Founder and CEO of MentorCloud, a cloud-based peer-to-peer learning and mentoring platform for enterprises and professional associations.
Ravi is a globally recognized thought leader on mentoring and learning. Ravi is the author of "The Art of Mentoring" (foreword by Sammy Lee, Chairman of LKK in Hong Kong). Ravi is frequently invited to speak at global conferences that include, Horasis Asia Meeting in India, Horasis India Meeting in Switzerland, Delivering Change Forum in India, World Demographic Forum in Switzerland, Global Diaspora Forum in Washington DC (at the invitation of former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton), and National Entrepreneur Week in Mexico. For his work and vision, Ravi has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, Forbes India and Knowledge@Wharton.
Prior to founding MentorCloud, Ravi led supply chain solutions for large enterprise clients, such as Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Raytheon and Hitachi Global Storage. Ravi actively mentors entrepreneurs and professionals in US, India and Mexico, and also serves as a mentor at the Founder Institute and Startup Embassy in Silicon Valley. Ravi’s vision is to connect 100 million mentors and mentees by 2020.
One experience that inspires Ravi everyday is Srikanth Bolla, a visually-challenged student who he has been mentoring since 2008. Under Ravi’s mentorship, Srikanth graduated from MIT Sloan and is now CEO of Bollant Industries, a fast-growing green products company in India.
Ravi has a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, U.S.A, M.S. from Florida Atlantic University, U.S.A, and B. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai, India.

Harry Clark is the President and Chief Revenue Officer (RCO) of MentorCloud. In this capacity, Harry is responsible for day-to-day operations and sales and marketing. Harry is a highly-awarded serial entrepreneur, bestselling author and keynote speaker on innovation and building organizations to maximize opportunities while mitigating risks.
He was formerly the CEO and co-founder of a modular design-build and development company serving the educational and health-care markets. He grew it to $100 million and 450 employees in five years. The company earned its ranking on the Inc. 500, recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the US.
Harry was also CEO and founder of the nation’s leading municipal financial software and services firm. The company was ranked in the Inc. 500 and he was also awarded Entrepreneur of the Year. Harry sold this company to MBIA, a $14 billion Fortune 100 company.
Harry presently serves as the global Learning Chair for the YPO Entrepreneur + Innovation Network and founded the YPO Silicon Valley Summit. He has earned a Bachelors and MBA from California State University, Long Beach.

Rajesh Setty is a serial entrepreneur, author and teacher based in Silicon Valley. Apart from MentorCloud, Rajesh has co-founded startups such as Audvisor, Jifflenow, WittyParrot and more. Muralidhar Koteshwar is an engineering professional who is equally passionate about Education. He has over 25 years of experience after a B-Tech from IIT-Madras, India in a career that spans a complete product life cycle.
A part of the team that built India’s first Supercomputer the PARAM at CDAC, he subsequently held leadership positions in multinational organisations like Tektronix, Tata Elxsi, Celstream, Trilogy, Sonim and Avankia. He is currently Managing Director of MentorCloud , an online mentoring platform and Onya Digital – a web portal and mobile apps development company. He is a visiting faculty at IIIT-B for post graduate students and teaches User Experience Design, Design for Excellence & Product Management as well as Technical Leadership programs
He is equally passionate about education and as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Art of Living’s Educational Trust was responsible for establishing over 100 educational institutes in India.
Workshops for teachers and parents initiated by him have reached over a million people in 150+ countries globally. These experiential workshops have enabled participants to understand root causes of issues related to children and provide them with simple & effective tips to make environments at home and schools conducive to the all-round development of children
He travels worldwide speaking at International Seminars and training thousands of teachers and professionals in schools, homes and organisations. Recently he enabled an agreement between IAHV and UNESCO to organise a global series of Media and Education Conferences. He was a keynote speaker at the HT Annual Education Summit and has been felicitated by various institutions including the Government of Taiwan for service to society. He appears on relevant TV shows and debates to further the cause of value education
Ronald D. Miller is an entrepreneur’s entrepreneur having visualized, founded, built and sold five companies through management buyouts, private equity firms, private
investors and public markets.
Currently, Ron is the Chairman of StartEngine, one of the industry’s leading equity crowdfunding platforms. AtStartEngine, his mission is to help entrepreneurs realize their dreams. StartEngine has over 100,000 registered investors on the platform and is the leading platform in the equity crowdfunding space. In addition to his Chairmanship of StartEngine, Ron is actively engaged as a partner/advisor in several start up and growth companies both in and out of the tech sector.
Ron also serves as an instructor for courses at the UCLA Anderson School of Business/Price Center for Entrepreneurship. In the past, Ron has taught innovative courses as at the University of California Riverside, University of California San Diego and the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Ron also serves as a board member to YPO Angeleno, USC Grief School of Entrepreneurship, West Coast Care and several for profit corporations. Ron founded the San Diego Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). Ron is a member of the CNBC-YPO Chief Executive Network and the LA Mayor's Council on Technology and Innovation.
Ron has also served as a legislative intern in the US Senate and the British House of Commons. With the continuing success of his companies, Ron has been featured in publications such as the Washington Post , Forbes, Los Angeles Times, CBS, INC, Chicago Tribune, The New York Times and Entrepreneur Magazine . Ron lives in Santa Monica, California with his wife and two children.
Ron received his BA in Business Administration with distinction from Michigan State University – Broad College of Business and proceeded to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit School of Law. He is an active member of the California and Michigan Bar Associations.
