Ravi Gundlapalli Ph.D
Founder & CEO
Ravi is a globally recognized thought leader on mentoring and learning. Ravi is the author of “The Art of Mentoring” . Ravi is frequently invited to speak at global conferences that include, the Global Diaspora Forum in Washington DC (at the invitation of former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton), and National Entrepreneur Week in Mexico. For his work and vision, Ravi has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, Forbes India and Knowledge@Wharton.
Rajesh is a serial entrepreneur, author and teacher based in Silicon Valley. Apart from MentorCloud, Rajesh has co-founded startups such as Audvisor, Jifflenow, WittyParrot as well as a number of others. Rajesh has written and published sixteen books with his first book published at the age of thirteen and maintains a blog with more than 1950 blog posts at rajeshsetty.com. He is an integral part of MentorCloud’s customer success team and has laid the foundation for the customer journey.
Harry is a highly-awarded serial entrepreneur, bestselling author and keynote speaker on innovation and building organizations to maximize opportunities while mitigating risks. He was formerly the CEO and co-founder of a modular design-build and development company serving the educational and health-care markets. He grew it to $100 million and 450 employees in five years. The company earned its ranking on the Inc. 500, recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the US.
Vice President Sales and Marketing
Donovan has spent the last 25 years building companies from the ground up. He was an integral part of building the largest financial education company in the world while helping them grow from $36 million to over $125 million in 4 years. Donovan was also the Founder and CEO of a Fintech startup and grew it from $0 to $15 million before exiting the business. Donovan was also the Co-Founder of a leading financial services firm specializing in trading that grew from $0 to $15 million before selling his interest to his partners.
Chief Digital Officer
Dana holds a PhD in economics, an MBA in marketing (Harvard Business School), and a BS in physics. Since Dana started coding as a youth his technical skill has led him to co-found five businesses with four successful exits, including Cisco Capital-backed Metacloud and Warburg Pincus-backed Radnet, and he has led divisions of public companies including GTE (now Verizon) and ADC. He’s won a variety of awards, including 2x Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, 2x INC500, 6x INC5000, Top Forty Under 40 to name a few.
Director of Customer Success
Darren is passionate about understanding the unique organizational framework, culture, and processes of his customers. He enjoys learning about the demographics and experiences of their employees. For over 15 years, Darren has partnered with leaders in Marketing and Human Resource teams to leverage innovative approaches through data, technology, and platforms. As workforce composition, behavioral norms, and communication tools have evolved, Darren works with you to create new solutions, perspectives, and approaches to tomorrow’s business issues.
Managing Director, MentorCloud (India)
Muralidhar is an engineering professional who is equally passionate about Education. He has over 25 years of experience after a B-Tech from IIT-Madras, India in a career that spans a complete product lifecycle. Muraldhar was part of the team that built India’s first Supercomputer the PARAM at CDAC, he subsequently held leadership positions in multinational organizations like Tektronix, Tata Elxsi, Celstream, Trilogy, Sonim and Avankia. He is a visiting faculty at IIIT-B for postgraduate students and teaches User Experience Design, Design for Excellence & Product Management as well as Technical Leadership programs
Megan holds an MS in Biology (Arizona State University) and a BA in Geology (Arizona State University), has conducted research in Biological Oceanography in the Sargasso Sea (Bermuda) and Barrow (Alaska), and has completed coral restoration and research work in Panama, the Florida Keys, and the island of Bonaire. Megan was elected to The Explorers Club in 2009, a multidisciplinary professional society counting among its members Neil Armstrong, Jane Goodall, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and James Cameron. When not involved in academia, Megan was a working scientist in the nutraceutical industry, where she bridged from working on research to performing project and program management in a corporate environment. She has been involved in blockchain since 2017, and is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor and an avid scuba diver.

Ron is an entrepreneur’s entrepreneur having visualized, founded, built and sold five companies through management buyouts, private equity firms, private investors and public markets. Currently, Ron is the Chairman of StartEngine, one of the industry’s leading equity crowdfunding platforms. AtStartEngine, his mission is to help entrepreneurs realize their dreams. StartEngine has over 100,000 registered investors on the platform and is the leading platform in the equity crowdfunding space. In addition, Ron is actively engaged as a partner/advisor in several start-ups and growth companies both in and out of the tech sector. Ron also serves as an instructor for courses at the UCLA Anderson School of Business/Price Center for Entrepreneurship. In the past, Ron has taught innovative courses as at the University of California Riverside, University of California San Diego and the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Shilpi is an enterprise SaaS leader with extensive experience in creating go-to-market teams that deliver high growth and consistent results. Shilpi’s expertise in Customer Success includes execution in both direct and channel reseller environments; programs design in Customer Lifetime Value, Retention, and Expansion; installed based marketing; C-level value selling and challenger sales methodologies; and strategic partnerships. Currently, Shilpi works with Strategic Accounts at Workplace by Facebook. Shilpi has led Customer Success at SugarCRM where she was responsible for delivering the company’s global software renewal revenues; she has worked with business leaders in technology companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 while at Gartner; and she has expertise in the US State and Local Government industry from her tenure with Motorola.
